These Guys, so I bought a used 2017 journey, got an out of province inspection done, and due to the -40°C temps at the time of purchase, the battery had issues which they quickly addressed and took care of at no cost to me… greatly appreciated…

However 3 years later near the end of my third party “warranty” that I was told… and sold on the fact the engine, transmission and differentials were all covered under this warranty, only to find that the third party warranty that they use, aka Canadian, DOES NOT COVER THE ENTIRE DIFFERENTIAL, ONLY SPECIFIC PARTS, which will cost me over $4000 out of pocket just for the part!

Huge disappointment… when someone tells me my family doesn’t have to worry, I thought I’d be covered! Guess not!
