Took my wife's 2024 Buick Envision to MWC service department for its 6700km first service appointment. Greeted like a family member by the service department, was offered a ride to/from home during service, and was informed the car would be ready in about 45 minutes. Forty-three minutes later I received a text and video from the service technician showing all was well. Top notch service.

Everything went well and was very quick to get it done while I waited for my truck. And the staff are so Pleasant to talk to. And any questions l had for Tim one of the service guys he takes his time and totally Explains everything in detail.

I recently purchased a new Silverado RST and I was extremely happy with the service provided. Aaron Peterson was a real pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful in my decision to purchase this vehicle. Aaron went through all the features on the truck and patiently answered all my questions. Had a bad experience like 8 years ago so when we needed warranty work on our truck we gave them another try. The lady at the service desk refused to look up our paint warranty and fought with my husband about it. We had to call the dealer we bought it from to prove it although we were told she could have looked it up. Also my husband is a mechanic and told them our belt was squeaking so he’d like that checked. We had to then pay $200 for diagnostic just to be told it was our belt. Again after 8 years I would never recommend this dealership for anything. Do yourself a favour and drive out of town for better service.

Yesterday I had a new washer fluid motor installed in my Yukon Denali
The service from the shop at McClellan was very good. They had my truck in and out of the shop in less time than I expected. I was happy they had the part required in stock and I did not have to wait on parts. My truck was even delivered back to me once the work was completed. That was a huge convenience to me!!
