Had a bad experience like 8 years ago so when we needed warranty work on our truck we gave them another try. The lady at the service desk refused to look up our paint warranty and fought with my husband about it. We had to call the dealer we bought it from to prove it although we were told she could have looked it up. Also my husband is a mechanic and told them our belt was squeaking so he’d like that checked. We had to then pay $200 for diagnostic just to be told it was our belt. Again after 8 years I would never recommend this dealership for anything. Do yourself a favour and drive out of town for better service.

Yesterday I had a new washer fluid motor installed in my Yukon Denali
The service from the shop at McClellan was very good. They had my truck in and out of the shop in less time than I expected. I was happy they had the part required in stock and I did not have to wait on parts. My truck was even delivered back to me once the work was completed. That was a huge convenience to me!!
Thanks to the technician and the service provider for the prompt courteous, reliable service.

Bought a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Trax, dealt with Bruce on finding the right vehicle for me, he was awesome to deal with and make vehicle shopping easy and fun, Levi was amazing to work with when dealing with getting the paper work done and making the financing work, and last but not least Aaron was great at showing my the ins and the outs when I was ready to pick it up, helped me through onstar, my Chevrolet app and getting me ready for the road! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience I received definitely going to recommend to friends and family.

I had a super positive experience with purchasing my 2025 Chev Trax at Mclelland Wheaton Chevrolet in Camrose. My sales lady was Ria, and she was awesome. I did not feel pressured at all, and I feel she went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and at ease. At first I was not sure that I wanted to get a newer vehicle, but within a short time, I decided to do it. The purchase was very quick to get done. Thank you so much Ria for being so awesome. Great dealership! Staff are courteous, professional, and very customer focused. Big thanks to Cory and everyone. I am extremely pleased with the new Envision I recently purchased.

Excellent experience dealing with Tetiana who worked extremely hard to get our deal done. Very professional, thorough and patient made the 2+ hour drive to Camrose easy and stress free. Everything was in order when we arrived and as promised. Highly recommend hope to work with you again.
