We're very pleased with the 2023 Buick Enclave we purchased through Tyler Long from McClellan Wheaton. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful experience, but Tyler was absolutely the best to deal with. I wouldn't think twice about going back if we ever need to purchase another vehicle. I would also like to thank Tyler for his service to our country in the military.

Brought our truck in for a engine light and coolant leak. After all was said and done..... they went above all to make sure we were happy.... little misunderstanding and was made exceptional right..... even detailed our ride..... These Guys, so I bought a used 2017 journey, got an out of province inspection done, and due to the -40°C temps at the time of purchase, the battery had issues which they quickly addressed and took care of at no cost to me… greatly appreciated…

However 3 years later near the end of my third party “warranty” that I was told… and sold on the fact the engine, transmission and differentials were all covered under this warranty, only to find that the third party warranty that they use, aka Canadian, DOES NOT COVER THE ENTIRE DIFFERENTIAL, ONLY SPECIFIC PARTS, which will cost me over $4000 out of pocket just for the part!

Huge disappointment… when someone tells me my family doesn’t have to worry, I thought I’d be covered! Guess not!
